Treasury Time- Coffee Love

I like sleep. I sleep a lot. Coffee is one of my best friends. I drink some, work like mad for about twenty minutes and then fall asleep. Hee! In honor of my coffee love I made a treasury of lovely items this morning. It's on etsy.com (the most fabulous place around). The treasury is called, "Coffee... How I Love Thee" click to check it out ♥. You may just find a perfect gift for that special java lover in your life. Makes me want to make a coffee themed bunny... mmmmm... perhaps I will.

Lots of assignments tonight for class and I'm currently in the middle of a very special commissioned order so I gotta run (or hop) for now. Until next time, ~JSyv

New Rabbits coming this weekend!

Sorry for the delay in adding new rabbits! Things have been so hectic with the course load I've taken this semester. Whose idea was it to take two sciences at the same time?!?! Oh... that's right. It was my idea... Oh well. Onwards! I'll learn to balance all of this! (*shakes paw at the sky and roars*)

Heeee. So! Coming this week: another addition to the skull bunny clan and a ☆ very special, one of a kind larger felt rabbit especially for Valentine's Day! ☆

Time for me to hibernate for the evening. Until we meet again! ~JSyv

A Complicated Form of Purgatory... aka. College Meteorological Studies

"Through the use of isopycnals displayed in Figure 1, we determined in Item 1 (above) the density of a sample of ocean water having a temperature of 7 [degrees Celsius] and a salinity of 34.5. Any other seawater sample positioned on the same isopycnal as the Item 1 water sample would have the same density" [...] "T-S Diagram representing Sample A with a temperature of 0 [degrees Celsius] and a salinity of 34.2 and Sample B" [...] Blah, blah, blah and so on and so forth. 0_0

JSyv (aka. UsagiRabbit) is trying to do her homework... I think she's developing a bit of that attention deficit disor- "Hey! Look! I found a penny!!"

... This is going to be a long semester...

Sugar Skulls, yum.

Here is the first in a new line of brooches that I'm creating just in time for Halloween!
Have you ever been to San Antonio, Texas? If you haven't I highly recommend that you go. It's one of the most beautiful cities I have seen so far. (I'll have to load some of the pictures I took while I was touring it.) What a vibrant and exciting place ♥. There, Spanish culture mixes with Mexican and American to produce brilliant colors, tastes, and sounds. With this new line of brooches I hope to try and express some of the things I saw and experienced. Sounds like fun, eh?

I'm feeling the pumpkins...

Well, it's almost time for my favorite month of the year... October!! I love the ghouls, goblins, and ghosts. But, I'd have to say that, to me, the best part is that it's pumpkin season.

Allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon... pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin smoothies, pumpkin soap, pumpkin cream and lip gloss. Oh yum!

So, in honor of the spectacular pumpkins I have created an Usagi to show my love ♥

So, here's to all the pumpkins. I thank you for being so delicious. ; ) This year, I want to try and make homemade pumpkin pie and a pumpkin cake. Good luck!

More Halloween and Autumn themed bunnies coming soon... ~JSyv

and... he's done!

Whew! (*wipes forehead with back of hand*) The big brown bunny is now complete and all stitched up. I'm quite fond of him actually. And... I have a totally new found respect for all the toy makers of the world. I really think you can't comprehend how much work goes into making something until you try making something like it yourself. (*salutes all the toy makers*)

See... his name is Julius. Well, I suppose it's time to start my next plushie. It's gonna be a small wool one. I'm thinking... something to do with food. Something sweet perhaps in pinks and browns....
Until next time, JSyv
